Available to current Aetna members only, Aetna Navigator™ is an online resource for personalized benefits and health information.
When you register with Aetna Navigator, you can go online to take care of personal benefits business, get up-to-date health and wellness information, and so much more.
Here’s what you’ll find:
Your own home page, with:
- Personalized benefits information
- A list of covered family members
- A link to DocFind®, the online provider directory
Self-service features that let you:
- Look up benefits information, including a summary of medical plan benefits, family members covered under the plan, and the care management, wellness and health improvement programs included under the plan.
- Check on your claims, find out about payments and view Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements.
- Use self-service features to request a replacement ID card, print a claim form or make changes to personal information such as email and regular mailing addresses.
- Email Member Services to get answers to benefits questions.
